On 4 February, 2004 St. Petersburg held working meeting on cooperation issues of the Partnership for the Information Society Development in North-Western Russia (PRIOR NW) and Partnership for the Information Society Development in Novgorod Region (PRIOR NR) in the sphere of culture informatization.

The participants discussed perspectives of participation of Novgorod organizations in the project of creating Russian national e-library.

The meeting was attended by N. Frolov, Deputy Head of Administration of Velikiy Novgorod, P. Ivanov, representative of PRIOR NR Coordinating Board, Director of Novgorod Information and Analytical Center, and A. Chugunov, Director of PRIOR NW.

The participants reached provisional agreement on conducting seminar dedicated to problems and prospects of integrating regional e-Resources to be held on 28 February, 2004 in Velikiy Novgorod.
